Education

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree at Central Washington University with a major in Psychology. I received my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from City University. The focus of my training has centered on chronic mental illness, substance abuse, and crisis intervention.

Experience

I have been counseling adolescents, adults and families since 2006. I began my career as a clinical counseling intern for Sound Mental Health upon completion of my Master’s Degree and was offered a full time position at the end of my internship.

I was a supervisor for intern therapists at Sound Mental Health from 2009-2014. 

I opened my private practice in November of 2011.
