Are you addicted to your smartphone?

Great article from The New York Times encourages us to ask ourselves what is truly of value in our lives. We can all benefit from putting down the smartphone in order to connect with our true values. What activities would you like to return to that actually feed your body, mind and spirit? I often encourage my patients to consider implementing a tech free day into their weekly schedules. Some patients have commented “I started reading again” or “I was able to take the kids skiing. We focused on each other rather than responding to messages every five minutes!”
